As backpackers, we loved the rooftop pool and the view of the town. The breakfast had a great variety of flavors. The reception staff helped us book trips to Halong Bay and Tam Coc. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a hotel located in a vibrant area where there were open markets that the locals frequent. The hotel was within walking distance to the lake, where many popular streets were nearby. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, and the rooftop pool overlooked the breathtaking views of the city.

The rooftop pool had limited seating, which made it challenging to enjoy the view.

This hotel is aimed at business rather than pleasure travellers, unfortunately. There was indeed a rooftop pool but it was very murky and the rooftop bar did not exist. Wifi was only available in the lobby which was restrictive.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They provided us with valuable advice on local restaurants and shopping, as well as arranging airport transfers for us. The facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed during our stay. The hotel also provided us with more than we expected, truly enhancing our comfort and satisfaction. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

New hotel, staff good, rooms good, - Stayed 3 nights, tour then back 2 nights, tour then back 4 nights- Has a superior room and suite room. Buffett breakfact good. Hotel 40 mins walk to old quarter but we suspected that before booking. No complaints. Would stay there again. Good valur for money

We had a great experience at La Casa in Hanoi. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel had a nice gym for its size, and the breakfast was large and delicious. The location was quiet and within walking distance of attractions like Hoam Kiem Lake. The rooftop pool was a refreshing way to relax after a day of exploring the city. we highly recommend La Casa for its quality and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at La Casa Hotel for a weekend getaway in a quiet, green street close to the Opera House. The location was perfect for exploring the city center on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service, even remembering my name. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The spa facilities were also excellent, with skilled therapists. I was impressed with the value for money and highly recommend this 4-star hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. I enjoyed the breakfast which had many choices and the chef made my eggs to order. The location of the hotel was key, allowing me to walk to the main sights within 10-15 minutes. I loved the rooftop terrace, with a small pool and eating area which had a fantastic view of the city.

The swimming pool was outside and rather small. the tea tray in the room only had one Lipton tea bag.

I had an incredible stay in this hotel located in a very central area close to the lake and open markets. This hotel has a quiet location, and it only takes around 15 minutes of walking from Hoam Kiem Lake. Additionally, this hotel is close to some malls like Royal city mall, which is a significant advantage. I appreciated the facilities like parking and transportation, which were very convenient. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and offered excellent breakfast.

Reception: There was a very friendly lady and a man which tried to find information on internet for you but there was also a not so friendly lady which tried to answer only with, “no, we don’t know.” The Hotel has the best rate for the transport to the Airport with 10$ to airport with Malinh taxi (better than any other taxi drive

Location: Outside the city. Room: Although I booked a non-smoker room 5 weeks before they gave us a smoker room. I checked on the website and saw that they had also normal rooms available. They told me the rooms will be only in the lower flowers. We were in the 11th floor (1105) and it was very noisy. The windows are very bad isolated. WiFi: Available only in the Lobby! Size: Very small.
